Meet our new signing, Tara Sumner. Tara is a full time actor and model, with many years experience across TV ads, fashion & travel shoots, London Fashion Week, feature films, web series and short films. Tara is also screen combat trained and generally very athletic!
Q&A with New Signing Model Tara Sumner:
1) How did you get into the industry, and what was your first job?
A designer invited me to shoot for them so I decided to pursue further as a career. My first job was a designer lookbook.
2) What’s been your favourite campaign you have worked on and why?
I don’t have one campaign necessarily, I have done some great jobs, But travel ones are probably my favourite.
3) Do you have a dream brand or client you’d love to work with? A dream collaboration? And why?
Yes! - Lulu lemon! I love their clothing and I perform most of my sports in them. DREAM!
4) Have you ever been starstruck when meeting a celebrity or director on set?
No, not really, but It’s always cool to work with certain names, and inspirational people.
5) Outside of modelling, what is your biggest passion, and what did you want to be when you grew up?
My biggest passion outside of the industry... well I love sports and travel.
6) If you weren’t a model what would you be instead?
Probably a Psychologist.
7) What did you want to be when you grew up?
I think modelling and acting were always on my mind!
8) Any advice to new faces or anyone looking to get into the industry?
Yes. Remember that you are your own brand/ market yourself well and keep up good relationships with your agents.
